St James French Diner

After an absolutely horrible start to the night with lukewarm canned ahi tuna belly, we were hungry and disappointed. A rooftop bar connected to a restaurant downstairs that were tied together only from name alone, the vibes food and drinks were completely different! We decided to give the place downstairs a try since our next stop was right across the street and it couldn’t possibly be as bad as our first stop of the night. We ordered three things to share, the croquettes, squash risotto, and the ratatouille (if it was made by a rat in a hat I’d still eat it again!) The vibes inside were nice and “hip” with the food being so simple yet so good! Not sure if our previous stop elevated this restaurant but it was such a good time, especially with a delicious craft cocktail in hand!
